Before founding Learn & Lead, Sanjay held several key positions in prominent companies, including his role as VPO & Commercial Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev Africa and Commercial Executive at Coleus Packaging. His extensive experience in these roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the corporate sector, enabling him to offer unparalleled insights and strategies for business growth and employee development.
Under Sanjay's leadership, Learn & Lead specialises in providing comprehensive training, coaching, and leadership development programs tailored to the needs of both government and private sector organisations. The company's mission is to up-skill and develop staff, ensuring employee retention and fostering growth within their respective companies. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Marketing with a focus on Metallurgy and Accounting from the University of Natal. Furthermore, he has achieved a CIS Diploma in from CIBM as well received certificates in 14 other various courses. His academic background, combined with his practical experience, allows him to deliver training programs that are both theoretically sound and practically applicable.

Having spent 35 years working for government, Dalven has worked his way up from grass roots levels to a senior role. He played a very hands-on role in a career including training and mentoring.
